We loved the perfect location of the hotel, as it’s just a stone’s throw away from the sea and the beach. the breathtaking sea front view from the room was amazing. the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the service was fantastic. the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the pool was clean and well maintained.
The service from the kitchen staff could have been better, as they lacked proper customer service training and professionalism, which slightly affected the overall experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and attentive service. the spa and wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered breathtaking views and comfortable sun loungers. the garden area provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The only minor issue was the inconsistent quality of the food served at the restaurant. the in-room breakfast and snack bar more than made up for it.

We went to this hotel for our Christmas vacation and we liked the fact that it had a very beautiful decoration for the holiday. The staff was also nice to us and made us feel welcome. Another thing we enjoyed was that it was very close to the beach and that we could easily walk there. The bed was also comfortable, we slept really well.
We did not like that the room was too small for us, we felt cramped with all our luggage. We also did not like that the check-out time was too early for us, it ruined our morning and made it stressful for us to pack and leave so soon.

We had a great stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. the bathroom was in good condition and the breakfast had a decent variety. the location was convenient, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, serving us on time and making special arrangements. the spa was a highlight, especially the relaxing jacuzzi.
The pool was not up to standard and some of the fitness room machines were not fully functioning.

We loved the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a beautiful balcony with a nice view. The staff from the receptionist to the waiters and room service were welcoming and efficient. The delicious food served at the Penda Pendu Restaurant was beautifully presented.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

A Lovely Getaway
During my recent stay at Isango Gate, I had an amazing time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The spa treatment I received was absolutely fantastic and left me feeling completely relaxed. I must commend the chef for the outstanding quality of the food served in the restaurant - it was truly exceptional. While there were a few minor issues, such as the incorrect room allocation and a slight delay in check-in, the overall experience was still delightful. The attentive and friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the tasteful decor and the convenience of having meals available on-site, which saved me from having to venture out. I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone seeking a unique and personal hotel experience.

The hotel has a great central location and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the breakfast had a good variety of food and was served with a smile. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of natural light.
The cleanliness could have been better, with a few stains on the carpets and bed linen. the maintenance of the hotel also seemed to be lacking in certain areas, with some lights not working and empty minibars.
